Terms & Conditions:

• Dental packages are subject to our room availability and likely to be fully booked during high tourist seasons. So, it is advised to get the early appointment reserved before you miss the opportunity. The package won’t be applicable during New Year (20th Dec to 10th Jan) and Songkran holidays (10th to 20th Apr)
• Free accommodation is room only excluding breakfast and electric fee costs 8 THB/unit.
• Promotion Package is for Internet booking only. Walk-in and agency patients cannot be applicable for the package.
• Excluding costs are x-ray, provisional teeth, medications and bone graft (if necessrary).
• Airport pick up will be available during working daytime only.
• We reserve the right to change package promotion rules & conditions and withdraw the promotion at any time.

If your treatments do not qualify for the above packages, we are still willing to help you and can do a customs made package as per your needs to accommodate our patients; saving you money and time.

About Dentist @ Beach's Room

Our great studio beachfront view room is located in the most convenient location in Pattaya, between the Beach Road and Second Road; just 3 walking minutes next to the famous Pattaya landmark Central Festival Pattaya and the beach. Th room is situated on the top floor and fully furnished. It features Cable TV, Internet WiFi, European kitchen, LCD TV, 24/7 security with CCTV-System, large swimming pool with sea-view and pool restaurant, and a large number of shops and business at the ground floor of the building; restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, laundry, massage, hairstylist and more.
